Change of mind
Items can be returned if they're unopened and unused. Bring or send the item back with your proof of purchase. Return freight is at your cost.
Faulty or incorrect items
If an item is faulty or we sent the wrong one, contact us and we'll arrange a repair, replacement or refund. This is in line with your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, which our policy doesn't limit.
How to return
Email sales@rosshaven.com.au or call (07) 4772 6392 with your order number. You can also bring the item to the shop at 17 Sandspit Drive. Refunds go back to your original payment method.
