By placing an order you agree to these terms, our Shipping & Payment Info and our Return Policy.

Products and prices

All prices are in Australian dollars and include GST.
We do our best to show accurate product details, photos and prices. Photos may be for illustration only, and packaging can vary.
If an item is priced or described incorrectly, we'll contact you before processing your order. You can then go ahead at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.
Prices and availability can change without notice.

Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we confirm it by email.
Some items are ordered in from our suppliers ("available to order in"). We'll contact you with an expected arrival date. If an item becomes unavailable, we'll refund you for that item.
We may decline or cancel an order, for example if an item is unavailable or we suspect fraud. If we do, we'll refund any payment in full.

Payment
Payment is taken at checkout by credit or debit card through Lightspeed Payments. We don't see or store your full card details.

Delivery and freight

Local delivery within Townsville (postcodes 4810–4818) is a flat $15.
Freight outside Townsville is quoted after you order. Nothing is sent until you approve and pay the freight quote.
Pick-up is free from our shop. Delivery timeframes are estimates only.
Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery or collection.

Dangerous and restricted goods
Some items, such as flares, fuels, paints, resins and solvents, are classed as dangerous goods. They may have shipping restrictions, need a special freight method or be pick-up only. We'll contact you if that applies to your order.

Returns and refunds
See our Return Policy. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Product use and safety
Always follow the manufacturer's instructions, safety data sheets and any regulations that apply to the product and your vessel. Safety equipment, such as flares, EPIRBs and lifejackets, must be serviced and replaced as required by your state's marine safety rules.

Liability
To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of products bought from us. This doesn't affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this website when you place your order applies.

Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.
