Delivery outside Townsville – freight quoted
Freight isn't charged at checkout. After you order, we'll email or call you with a freight quote. Nothing is sent until you approve it, and freight is paid separately.
Items not in stock / ordered in
Some items, including our Neuton batteries, are ordered in from the supplier after you order. We'll contact you with an expected arrival date. If extra freight applies, we'll tell you before dispatch.
Large or heavy items
Long, bulky or dangerous goods (e.g. flares, fuel, large sheets) may need a special freight method or may be pick-up only. We'll contact you if that applies to your order.
Payment
We accept credit and debit cards online through Lightspeed Payments. All prices are in Australian dollars and include GST.
Do you deliver outside Townsville?
Yes. Choose "Delivery outside Townsville" at checkout. We'll send you a freight quote before anything is dispatched.
How much is local delivery?
A flat $15 to Townsville postcodes 4810–4818.
Can I pick up my order?
Yes, pick-up is free from 17 Sandspit Drive. Wait for our "ready for pick-up" email before you come in.
The item I want says "available to order in". How long will it take?
It depends on the supplier. We'll confirm the expected date after you order.
Can I buy rope, chain or hose by the metre?
Yes. Enter the number of metres as the quantity. Items cut to length can't be returned.
